Summer Camp
Each year, more than 1,000 youth from Chicago's South and West Sides experience life outdoors at our Camp, which we've made an affordable and safe alternative for our Club families. We are committed to ensuring all Union League Boys & Girls Clubs youth can attend Camp, no matter the cost.
Since 1924, Club youth have been able to enjoy the great outdoors at a residential summer Camp 65 miles north of Chicago in Salem, Wisconsin on Lake Francis. Camp allows Club youth to learn skills such as swimming, camping, sports, and arts and crafts, as well as 21st Century skills such as developing cooperation, becoming independent, and growing their communication skills with peers and adults.
